WIPO is a visual artist from Manila whose primary artistic practice explores themes related to the mind and memory—navigating the borders that draw the line between forgetting and remembering, awareness and spontaneity. His process involves a constant and continuous search for techniques and experimentation on various mediums, likened to the uncertainties and ever-changing nature of a person’s way of thinking. WIPO's body of work ranges from abstraction, conceptual and experimental; encouraged to observe as they are, relationships to memories and experiences, and incite inquiries into perceptions, and imaginations.
