Jed Bacason (b. 1983) is an avid amateur photographer. He started shooting about a decade ago, initially with digital technology, but quickly realized he is more at home shooting on film. He moved with his family to Dubai in 2013 and continued his passion for analogue photography after finding a thriving community of like-minded film photographers and enthusiasts. In 2016, he started a photography platform WIP to provide a staging ground for up-and-coming photographers and connect with
established artists in the field.
"Behind bullish development lies quiet days": Jed Bacason finds strangely familiar perspectives in the desert landscapes of the Northern Emirates.
